SHIPPING
Lassanai order processing takes between 2 and 5 business days. We ship domestically and internationally (for free!) using the United States Postal Service. (USPS).
FREE DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Free standard shipping is offered on all orders within the US and worldwide. Once orders are processed, domestic shipping generally takes between 2 and 3 business days, while international shipping should take between 6 and 10 business days. However, Lassanai does not accept responsibility for any unforeseen shipping or customs hold ups beyond our immediate control.
Customers are responsible for international duties, taxes, and refused shipping charges.
Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email containing a tracking number for your shipment.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We happily accept items for online credit or exchange (not a return) within 14 days of delivery on all unworn jewelry. We will also happily work with you to unsure you have the perfect piece. All requests for exchanges must be approved by Lassanai and all exchanged items are considered FINAL SALE. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but will not be charged to receive an exchanged item. Items must be returned unworn, and in original condition. Custom orders are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.
